As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the primary point of contact for the project. In this role, you will manage a team, drive key decisions, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting, decision-making, and offering solutions to challenges faced by both your immediate team and across other teams.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application development and team management.
• Lead the design, build, and configuration efforts for scalable applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the team.
• Manage and oversee a team to ensure high performance and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to make key project decisions.
• Provide actionable solutions to problems faced by both your immediate team and other cross-functional teams.
• Engage in team decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overall project goals
• Must-Have Skills:
• Expertise in Scala with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in implementing various machine learning algorithms, including:
