    Onsite, mandate US Shifts (Night Shift – 7PM – 4AM).

    We are hiring for BDE with min 4+ years of experience in a IT/Digital Marketing sales.
    Industry like Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Mobile Applications, Web, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, PPC etc.

    Candidate Must have experience in Software IT services and Digital Marketing

     

    Requirements

    Key Deliverables: -

    •   Manage entire Sales life cycle including client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead generation/ qualification, product/ Service/ proposal presentation and sales closure.

    •   Build, execute and manage a strategy to generate leads and design campaigns for the services like App/Web development, Digital Marketing & Social Media.

    •   Assist in managing contract negotiations and agreements especially pertaining to the IT Services.

    •   Closing International Leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns, Chat messengers, LinkedIn, Social websites (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia).

    •   Lead generation via cold calling/emailing/online marketing campaigns prospects based in various countries.

    •   Manage end to end sales cycle from lead Generation till delivery.

    •   Taking follow ups on generated leads, existing new prospective clients to cross-sell and up sell

      services and products.

    •   Work closely with the pre-sales team to profile the clients, evaluate leads and create proposals as

      per the client requirements.

    •   Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and customer service to

      ensure customer satisfaction.

    •   Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

    •   Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through networking

      events and other strategies.

    Preferences

    1. Desired Skills-:

      •   4+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

      •   Experience in selling IT services (Website, Application, Mobile App, CRM, ERP, SEO, SMO, ETC)

      •   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

      •   Critical thinker and problem solver.

      •   Willing to work in Night Shift

      •   Excellent command on MS Office and CRM software.

      •   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
