Job Brief:-
Primary role to drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the Warehousing and logistics industry. You will be responsible for promoting the company's Warehousing services and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and solution-based selling.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Warehousing and logistics sector.
·Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
·Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
·Prepare comprehensive and competitive quotations based on client Warehousing needs.
·Develop detailed proposals outlining the company's Warehousing services, pricing structures, and value propositions.
·Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
·Manage and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
·Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
·Communicate client requirements and expectations to the operations team for effective service delivery.
Knowledge & Experience Required:-
·Bachelor’s degree in any stream – preferable qualification of business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
·Proven experience in Business Development, must in the Warehousing or logistics industry.
·Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·Familiarity with Warehousing and logistics concepts.
·Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
