Job Title: Clinical Head
Job Summary: As the Clinical Head of a hair replacement company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations of the organization. Your primary focus will be on providing expert guidance, ensuring the highest standards of quality in clinical services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical team, including the trichologist, and co-ordination with the surgeons.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety measures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to stay up-to-date with advancements in hair replacement techniques and technologies.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements, standards, and guidelines related to hair replacement procedures and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the clinical team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the clinical department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as medical professionals, suppliers, and relevant organizations.
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives by providing clinical insights, contributing to content creation, and representing the company at conferences and events.
- Coordinate with the Trichologist & Procedure Managers and make sure the revenue target for the department is achieved.
- Lead and expand the Advanced Esthetica along with Hair Restoration.
Requirements:
- Medical degree / MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting, preferably in the field of hair replacement or cosmetic surgery.
- In-depth knowledge of hair restoration techniques, including surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, quality assurance, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for hair replacement procedures.
