Primary Role-
Responsible for complete client servicing of existing customer and Key Account Management.
• Relationship Management with the existing clients for upselling
• Managing Internal System Related work i.e., requirements, Data Maintenance Sales , Developments, Follow-up and prompt execution of orders in system
• Following up with clients for regular developments, payments, daily follow-ups.
• Relationship building both internally and externally to manage and grow the business.
• Focus on EBIT / Contribution to manage profitability.
• New Business/ Product development.
• Developing commercial acumen .
Profile Requirements & Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other business applications
• Basic knowledge of recruitment , its process and application would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand Client requirements which both are expressed as well as perceived needs (liase with their marketing, operations, development teams).
• Understand the packaging trends, competitive scenario and complete the information/feedback loop to help formulate products/services and strategies to keep our leadership status in the packaging industry.
• Perform the role of a single of point of contact between the client and Candidates internal departments.
• Trouble shoot on complaints from both internal and external customers to ensure better performance.
• Negotiate and get executed within specified timelines.
• Contribute to efficient working capital management thoroughly.
• Timely collection of dues and examine overdue payments.
