• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.

• Process Improvement: Analyze existing financial processes and workflows, recommend and implement improvements for better efficiency and accuracy within Oracle Cloud Financials.

• Financial Reporting: Develop and configure financial reports and dashboards in Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and compliance standards.

• Data Migration & Integration: Ensure seamless data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud and integration with other ERP systems.

• Client Interaction: Act as the key point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and providing solution recommendations tailored to business needs.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them to ensure smooth functioning of financial modules.

• Testing & Validation: Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts for system and integration testing. Ensure that financial data is accurate and system processes function as expected.

• Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in ensuring financial systems adhere to compliance standards and regulations, providing support during audits and implementing necessary adjustments.

• Training & Documentation: Provide training to end users and prepare detailed documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and process flows.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials or related ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
• Proficient in client interaction and requirement gathering with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT, system, and integration testing.
