Purchase Manager / Procurement Manager ( Food ) 
Location – Daryaganj –Delhi ( This Position for MD House )
Shift :-  8 AM to  7 PM

Role

•⁠  ⁠Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies
•⁠  ⁠Managing daily purchasing activities, Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
•⁠  ⁠Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
•⁠  ⁠Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
•⁠  ⁠Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
•⁠  ⁠Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
•⁠  ⁠Determine Quantity, Quality and timing of deliveries.
•⁠  ⁠Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
•⁠  ⁠Determine and track KPIs
•⁠  ⁠Provide reports for upper management
•⁠  ⁠Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
