    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our software product and license sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth within the software industry, along with strong leadership and strategic skills. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

    Job Responsibilities

    Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing industry, building and maintaining
    a customer database, and generating leads.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate campaigns aimed at reaching
    potential customers.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer
    satisfaction.
    Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT products, specifically those from Rockwell, Siemens,
    Schneider, ABB, and Ignition licenses.
    • Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and how they
    meet client needs.
    Client Management:
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
    • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
    Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and
    support of sold products.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to
    support sales efforts.
    Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for
    improvement.
