We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, and high availability (HA) configuration. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HANA DB, hands-on experience with new dimension products like S4H, BTP, Fiori, and Cloud Connector, as well as a strong understanding of high availability (HA) configurations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. System Upgrades and Migration:

   • Lead and execute SAP system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with best practices.
   • Develop and implement strategies for SPS (Support Package Stack) upgrades, including planning, testing, and execution.

2. Database Management:

   • Manage and administer HANA databases, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and availability.
   • Perform database upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.

3. High Availability (HA) Configuration:

   • Design, configure, and maintain high availability (HA) solutions for mission-critical SAP systems.
   • Ensure SAP systems are built with proper failover and redundancy mechanisms to minimize downtime and data loss.

4. New Dimension Product Management:

   • Provide expertise in new dimension products such as S4H, BTP, Fiori, and Cloud Connector.
   • Manage systems like BOBJ and JAVA-based SAP environments.

5. Troubleshooting and Support:

   • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to upgrades, HANA DB, and HA configurations.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.

6. Client Interaction and Advisory:

   • Interact with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver technical advisory services related to SAP system upgrades and HA configurations.
   • Conduct client-facing workshops and presentations for system upgrades and optimization projects.

7. Screening and Evaluation:

   • Conduct screening assessments related to SPS upgrades, HANA DB, and HA configuration to ensure proper system health and readiness for upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of relevant SAP Basis experience.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong expertise in SAP system upgrades and migrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HANA DB and related technologies.
  • Experience with High Availability (HA) configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4H, BTP, Fiori, Cloud Connector, and managing BOBJ or JAVA systems.
