Description:

The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules. They must have significant experience in SAP S/4 HANA and ECC (particularly in migration/conversion projects), focusing on financial and controlling processes such as GL/AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and more.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Experience:

   • Demonstrate comprehensive experience in SAP FICO (6+ to 10+ years based on career level), particularly with SAP S/4 HANA implementations and migrations from ECC.
   • Strong understanding of month-end and year-end closing processes and best practices within FICO modules.

2. Project Management:

   • Participate in or lead different types of projects, such as:
     • Implementation projects (greenfield or brownfield)
     • Rollouts
     • Migration projects (especially ECC to S/4 HANA)
     • Support and maintenance projects.
   • Experience with conversion and migration projects, particularly transitioning from ECC to SAP S/4 HANA.

3. FICO Functional Expertise:

   • Proficiency in SAP FI modules, including:
     • FI-GL (General Ledger)
     • AP (Accounts Payable)
     • AR (Accounts Receivable)
     • Asset Accounting
     • Tax management
     • Bank Accounting and Bank Communication Management.
   • Expertise in SAP CO modules such as:
     • Cost Center Accounting
     • Profit Center Accounting
     • Internal Orders
     • Activity Allocations
     • Overhead Allocation & Distribution
     • Material Ledger
     • COPA (Profitability Analysis).

4. Integration and Cross-functional Expertise:

   • Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PS (Project Systems), and HR (Human Resources).
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process optimization.

5. Experience with Advanced SAP Features:

   • SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), with specific expertise in:
     • Treasury Management
     • Bank Communication Management.
   • Ability to work with combination skills such as:
     • JVA (Joint Venture Accounting)
     • BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation)
     • Group Reporting.

6. FICO Month-end and Year-end Activities:

   • Full accountability for managing month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP FICO, including reconciliations and reporting.

Career Levels and Minimum Experience:

• CL9: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• CL8: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• CL7: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
