Bangalore - WFO - 5 days working

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
Implement best practices for code management, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, including state management with Redux or similar libraries.
Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose for database management.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
