Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Implement reactive programming using Reactor and Web Flux for asynchronous and non-blocking applications.
Utilize NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Integrate messaging systems like Kafka for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring scalability and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA Engineers.
Conduct code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, including Spring 5+.
Familiarity with reactive programming concepts and frameworks such as Reactor and Web Flux (1-2 years).
Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and/or Cassandra.
Understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
