Job Title: US Debt Collection Specialist

Location: Sector 6, Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, web, and email to recover outstanding debts.
• Plan and execute strategies to recover debts effectively.
• Update client information and data in CRM systems.
• Schedule payments with debtors.
• Achieve individual and departmental collection goals.

Role Requirements:

• Knowledge of US third-party collections and collection techniques.
• Understanding of the legal account lifecycle and FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
• Experience with dialer and manual campaigns.
• Familiarity with regulations and statutes governing third-party collections and state laws.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in US-based third-party or legal collections.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with good typing speed and accuracy.
