Job Description

Location: Tollygunge / Kudghat, Kolkata
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have an existing client pipeline / active client connections.
  • The candidate should have strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from:
  • Client Sourcing → Client Requirement → Candidate Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Offer → Joining → Client Relationship Management
  • Generate new recruitment/staffing business through B2B sales
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Work actively on existing client pipeline
  • Understand client hiring requirements and generate recruitment mandates
  • Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, references & networking
  • Negotiate commercials and close recruitment business
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for requirement fulfillment
  • Source, screen and coordinate candidates when required
  • Manage interviews, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups
  • Ensure successful closures and client satisfaction
  • Handle client escalations and maintain long-term relationships
  • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets
  • Maintain regular sales, client and recruitment reports

Skills Required

    3–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Business Development / Account Management

    Existing client pipeline or strong corporate client network

    Excellent communication & negotiation skills

    Strong knowledge of recruitment consultancy/staffing business

    Proven ability to generate and close new business

    Target-oriented and proactive approach
