We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to manage client audits, oversee statutory compliances, and lead a small audit team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and client advisory, with the ability to contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client locations for audits and provide advisory support as needed.
Review GST, Income Tax, TDS, PT, and other statutory returns and compliances.
Prepare and send amendments, updates, and communications to clients.
Finalize books of accounts and financial statements.
Attend board meetings when required.
Support business development initiatives.
Hire, train, and build an audit team as required.
Guide and manage a team of 5-7 members on average.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of audit, GST, Income Tax, TDS, PT, and statutory compliances.
Experience in bookkeeping and finalizing accounts.
Ability to manage, train, and mentor a team.
Strong client advisory and communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
