We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Developer/Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process automation, bot development, and integration with enterprise systems. This is a remote role, collaborating with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure RPA solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise (A2019/A360).
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Create reusable automation workflows, scripts, and tasks.
Integrate Automation Anywhere bots with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
Monitor and optimize bot performance and handle exceptions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and provide support for production bots.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to junior developers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning for automation projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in Automation Anywhere RPA development.
Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere Enterprise (A2019/A360).
Experience in bot development, workflow design, and task automation.
Knowledge of integrations with web services, APIs, databases, and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with exception handling, debugging, and performance tuning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities.
RPA or Automation Anywhere certification (preferred).
