Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Company Secretary Executive to handle corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company law, ROC filings, and corporate compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft minutes, notices, and company agreements, ensuring accurate e-filing with ROC.
Manage statutory registers and oversee company incorporation processes.
Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and corporate laws, keeping updated on regulatory changes.
Handle FEMA compliances, ROC filings, document vetting, and agreement drafting.
Manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliances for listed/unlisted companies.
Provide guidance to management on transaction validity and applicable legal frameworks.
Oversee event-based compliances such as director appointments, resignations, and share allotments.
Prepare documents for general and board meetings.
Monitor and ensure timely adherence to all statutory deadlines.
Knowledge of accounting principles is an added advantage.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 0-1 year post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, ROC filings, and compliance procedures.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and drafting skills.
Ability to manage multiple statutory tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and advisory skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
