Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee mid-shift operations while being flexible to handle night shifts as required. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven team management expertise to ensure seamless delivery of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage mid-shift teams; provide coverage and leadership during night shifts as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze reports, and implement process improvements.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other shift managers and departments to maintain continuity of operations.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager with proven team handling experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in mid shifts with readiness to extend into night shifts when required.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
