Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to generate leads, promote our professional services, and strengthen our offline presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, client engagement, and marketing outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential clients, vendors, and partners to generate business leads.
Conduct offline marketing and outreach activities in assigned areas.
Pitch the firm's professional services to prospects through in-person meetings.
Attend business conferences and networking events to represent the brand.
Set up and manage exhibition booths; interact with walk-in prospects and collect leads.
Distribute marketing materials like brochures, business cards, and flyers.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of activities.
Maintain and update lead database with daily reporting of visits, meetings, and conversions.
Follow up on leads generated through field visits and events to achieve closures.
Provide market insights and competitor updates to the management team.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
2 – 4 years of experience in field sales and client engagement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct offline marketing and promotional activities.
Organized, target-driven, and proactive.
Good reporting and data management skills.
