Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist to join our team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role: HR Manager / HR Generalist
Industry Preference: IT, Digital Marketing or Service-based companies

Job Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Manage onboarding and complete employee lifecycle
  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Administer and maintain Keka HRMS and employee records
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage performance processes including KRA / KPI
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Ensure statutory and labour-law compliance
  • Prepare HR MIS reports
  • Support leadership with people-related insights and reporting

Skills Required

    3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

    Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is highly preferred

    Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and payroll coordination

    Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance

    Strong employee engagement and stakeholder management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Service-based organizations preferred
