Job Requirements

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • Resume screening & candidate shortlisting experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
  • Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
