About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps EBS R12 – Project Accounting Techno-Functional Consultant with 7–10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise and functional knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, with a focus on Project Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for Oracle EBS R12 Project Accounting modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Oracle solutions.
Design, configure, and customize Oracle EBS applications to enhance functionality and performance.
Provide technical guidance and support for system integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of Oracle EBS functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS applications, minimizing disruption to business operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and Oracle product updates to recommend best practices and improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12, specifically in Project Accounting.
Strong understanding of project accounting fundamentals: billing, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
Technical skills in PL/SQL, Reports, and Workflow are a plus.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS solutions in complex business environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
