Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM / HFM Specialist with strong expertise in financial consolidation, HFM configuration, metadata, rules, and end-to-end implementation.

Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Bangalore

Job Requirements

  • Configure and maintain Oracle HFM metadata, rules and consolidation logic.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into HFM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize consolidation rules and metadata.
  • Design and optimize data loads through FDMEE and ERP integrations.
  • Support application configuration and resolve technical challenges.
  • Support financial close and consolidation cycles.
  • Handle ongoing production support and troubleshooting.
  • Work on statutory reporting and intercompany eliminations.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams throughout implementation and support.

Skills Required

    8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / HFM.

    Strong knowledge of Financial Consolidation.

    Hands-on HFM configuration, metadata and consolidation rules.

    Experience with FDMEE / ERP integrations and data loads.

    Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS.

    Experience with statutory reporting and intercompany eliminations.

    Strong troubleshooting and business requirement gathering skills.

    End-to-end Oracle EPM/HFM implementation experience.
