Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our travel trade team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B travel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage agent relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with B2B travel agents.
Promote and pitch travel products/packages to agents.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
Resolve agent booking issues and provide timely support.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and agent interactions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in B2B travel trade.
Strong field sales and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
