We are hiring a skilled Salesforce Developer / Administrator with 4–5 years of experience to manage, customize, and enhance our Salesforce environment. The role requires expertise in both administration and development, including configuration, customization, automation, and integration, ensuring Salesforce supports business needs effectively.
Perform Salesforce administration: user management, roles, profiles, permissions, security, and data management.
Configure workflows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Handle data migration, integration, and third-party app installations.
Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure security compliance.
Monitor and maintain the Salesforce environment health.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and developers for continuous improvements.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–5 years of experience as Salesforce Admin/Developer.
Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I certifications preferred.
