We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on expertise to design, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions. The role involves developing Apex classes, Lightning components, triggers, and integrations while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Develop and maintain triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance user experience.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain proper documentation for configuration and code.
Support Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification preferred.
