Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Agentforce with strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and Agentforce Sales implementation.

Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Hybrid – Any Persistent Office, India
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Project Duration: 3 Months
Budget: ₹1.7 LPM
Role: Salesforce Lead – Agentforce

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce development
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Integrations
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Agentforce Sales implementation – Mandatory
  • Agentforce Certification – Mandatory
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
  • Lead Salesforce development and implementation across the project lifecycle
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC and Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Implement and configure Agentforce Sales solutions
  • Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Design and implement integrations with external applications and systems
  • Provide technical leadership, solution design and code-review guidance
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure security, development and deployment best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and technical teams

Skills Required

    Experience leading Salesforce development teams

    Strong knowledge of APIs, web services and integration patterns

    Salesforce deployment and release management

    Salesforce security, data model and governor limits

    Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

    Hands-on Agentforce Sales implementation experience + Agentforce Certification are mandatory.
