Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Lead with 7+ years of relevant experience and strong expertise across SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream processes.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business process design, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, configuration, testing, UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare.

This is a functional leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to work with business, procurement, SAP/ERP, and technical/integration teams.

Skills Required

7+ years of relevant SAP Ariba experience.

Strong experience as an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant / Functional Lead.

Hands-on experience across both Upstream and Downstream Ariba processes.

SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing / Sourcing

SAP Ariba Contracts / CLM

Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

Guided Buying

Catalog Management

CIF Catalogs

PunchOut / PunchOut Level 2

Workflow and approval configuration

Strong fit-gap, blueprinting and functional design experience.

Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, training and hypercare.

Functional understanding of SAP ECC / S4HANA Procurement.

Functional understanding of SAP CIG and Ariba integrations.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
