Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The role involves leading project teams, engaging with stakeholders, managing system enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP FICO with other business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep functional expertise, and proven experience in SAP FICO implementations and support.


Job Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure proper integration of FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
  • Conduct system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and functional specifications.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to users and junior consultants.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, SOX, and audit requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, Product Costing, COPA).
  • Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • SAP FICO certification (preferred).
