We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to support implementation, customization, and support activities of SAP SD module. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SD processes.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution.
Configure SAP SD module (Order to Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Shipping, etc.).
Design and document functional specifications for custom developments.
Collaborate with ABAP team for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Work on SAP SD integration with FI, MM, and PP modules.
Provide support for testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and user training.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
Support SAP upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.
Collaborate with business users to improve sales and distribution processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of SAP SD experience (implementation, rollout, or support).
Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) cycle, Pricing, Billing, Credit/Debit memos, Delivery, and Logistics Execution.
Experience in integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, PP.
Hands-on expertise in configuration, master data, and process mapping.
Ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
SAP SD certification (preferred).
