We are seeking a proactive and skilled SAP Support Consultant with experience in MM and SD modules to provide onsite support for our client’s SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultant will be responsible for resolving user queries, managing incidents, performing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth business operations in a live SAP system.
Functional Module Support
Provide functional support for SAP MM and SD modules.
Handle material master, inventory management, procurement cycle, sales order integration, and delivery-related issues.
Identify integration issues and collaborate with module experts for resolution.
Incident & Service Request Management
Manage incident tickets, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
Document issues, resolutions, and system behavior using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
User Training & Stakeholder Support
Serve as the first line of support for users in Production, Planning, Inventory, Sales, and Finance.
Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users as required.
Minor Enhancements & Testing
Assist with testing in QAS and validate transports to Production.
Support data corrections and tools like LSMW, LTMC for mass processing.
System Monitoring & Housekeeping
Monitor scheduled jobs such as MRP, Order Settlement, Backflush, and resolve issues.
Support period-end activities for Production and Inventory Management.
4–7 years of experience in SAP MM and SD modules with integration knowledge.
Hands-on experience in incident management, user support, and change requests.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently at client sites with effective user and IT team collaboration.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
