We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 4–5 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working on ITSM modules, building custom applications, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Develop workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
Maintain system performance, data integrity, and security compliance.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and support sprint planning and delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules and CMDB.
Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Performance Analytics.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and ability to work in remote teams.
ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.
