Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking Platinum Consultant for a leading opportunity.

Experience: 10–15 Years
Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | New Delhi | Mumbai
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Requirements

  • 10–15 years of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors experience
  • Strong SF Time Tracking (TTR) & S/4HANA Time Management expertise
  • 4+ End-to-End Implementations and 5+ Support Projects
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management & EC Core
  • S/4HANA HCM Time Management certification preferred/required
  • Strong experience in Time Evaluation, Time Valuation, CATS & PS integration

Skills Required

    Expertise in global Time Management solution architecture and complex labour laws

    Experience with integrations, CPI, BAdIs and hybrid SF/S/4HANA landscapes

    Knowledge of Clock-In/Clock-Out, biometric, geofencing and mobile time solutions

    Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills

    Willingness to travel as per project requirements
