We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Specialist with 4–5 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Appian BPM applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Appian platform capabilities, process modeling, integrations, and best practices for building scalable, efficient, and secure business process management solutions. This is a fully remote role involving collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade Appian solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Appian BPM applications using low-code development.
Build and optimize process models, rules, interfaces, and integrations.
Work on Appian Sites, Records, Reports, and Tempo interfaces.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems via Web Services, APIs, and RPA tools.
Implement security, authentication, and role-based access controls in Appian applications.
Conduct code reviews, best practice adherence, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support for deployments.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior developers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in Appian development.
Strong expertise in Appian BPM, low-code development, process modeling, and rules design.
Hands-on experience with Appian integrations, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of RPA tools and workflow automation (preferred).
Experience with Appian Sites, Records, Reports, Interfaces, and Tempo.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote working abilities.
Appian certification (ACP, APP, or equivalent) preferred.
