We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, BI dashboards, and analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights using Tableau.
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with business and analytics teams to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
Connect, model, and transform data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud databases).
Implement data visualization best practices to convey insights effectively.
Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy.
Automate reporting processes and ensure data quality.
Stay updated with latest Tableau features and BI trends.
5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer / BI Developer / Data Analyst.
Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data blending.
Knowledge of calculated fields, parameters, sets, and LOD expressions.
Familiarity with dashboard performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data visualization best practices.
Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
Knowledge of cloud databases (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Exposure to Python/R for data analysis.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Tableau certification (preferred).
